TicketStock.com is acting as an independent intermediary for suppliers of goods and services, which are not directly supplied by this company such as event tickets, hotel accommodations and transportation. Ticket resale laws vary from state to state. Therefore, any tickets included in this sale are being sold at or below FACE VALUE. Additionally, a service fee is included, which reflects the cost of finding and obtaining premium or sold out seating as well as the cost of general operational expenses, such as business licenses and permits, supplies and equipment, legal and professional fees, advertising and marketing, website maintenance, merchant fees, insurance, utilities, printing, etc. Therefore, the final sale price may be greater than the actual face value printed on the tickets.

Federal regulations require that TicketStock.com disclose that the company is not necessarily in possession of admission tickets at the time an order is submitted or processed and that tickets may be shipped by a third party. Tickets held in inventory will be shipped within 24 hours of processing the order. Advanced ticket purchases will be shipped as they become physically available for distribution. Purchaser accepts conditions printed on the event ticket. All sales are final and there are no refunds. For postponed/rescheduled events, no exchanges or refunds will be made - tickets are valid for the new date.
