Does TicketStock.com really have all these tickets in stock? Our affiliated ticket brokers have all the listed tickets either in stock or on order. TicketStock.com acts as the middleman, making all of these individual inventories available to you on one site.
How does TicketStock.com determine ticket prices? We don't. The brokers that submit the tickets to our database set prices based on supply, demand and availability. We receive a small percentage, or kickback, of every sale.
How does the order and delivery process work? You search our database for the tickets you want. Once you have found your preferred seat location and price, you may call us or submit your order online. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact the broker that owns the tickets. We will process your order here and the broker will then ship the tickets directly to you. The selling broker will not have any contact with you, nor will he/she have access to your billing information.
Are my tickets guaranteed once I submit my order? Before we process your order, we will contact the broker that owns the tickets to verify that they are still available. Once availability has been confirmed, we will secure your tickets and process your credit card for the amount authorized. There are no refunds once your order has been processed. In the unlikely event the tickets have already been sold to another buyer, we will contact you prior to processing your order to discuss other options.
Is my information secure once I submit it to TicketStock.com? Our broker network, as well as all personal information transmitted by you, is secured by Verisign. You can verify this by clicking on the Verisign seal located on the order form. Also, view our Privacy Notice for additional information.
